The service has improved drastically. The best hazelnut and donuts in 4S Ranch. Thanks for making it better than ever.

I wanted to grab something to take to work. Walked into GreenSpot, but der be  nobody in. OK, say bye to mah $$! I already had Mexican recently, so no  Los Primos. No to Subway too!  They taste of disappointment.
Went into Donut Touch. I decided to get The Italian with parm bread. Wanted some apple fritters, but they were all out. Anywho, I got what I originally came for.
This sammich is pretty good. I really like the peppers as they added a nice bite to the Italian cold cuts within. Glad I chose the parmesan bread. I think it went well with the fillings. But then...maybe all the bread choices would've gone well in the Italian.
    Yum Yum fo da tumtum!!!
The service is so much better than that other sammich place.
One star off for running out of apple fritters in the mid morning.
But 4 stars? Hey that's guud. Beddy guud.

The donuts are good, but you have to time your arrival carefully to get your pick of flavors.  I went shortly after opening at 6 am and they didn't have the PB and j or any of the other flavors I would like to try.  We went at around 11 on a Saturday and had the same result, albeit for a different reason (my first trip, they weren't made yet and my second, they were sold out.)  The yeast donuts are light and fluffy; I haven't tried the cake donuts yet, but they look good.  My husband and son had maple iced and I had chocolate.  We all enjoyed our treat.

I've gone in for a sandwich twice; both times I got the muffaletta.  These sandwiches are huge and the bread is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and stacked with the requisite meats and cheeses in adequate ratio.  Given the bread,  they weren't authentic, but I live in San Diego, not New Orleans, so I can adjust.  The second time I didn't taste the crucially important olive paste.  I went to the counter and asked for more.  They did give it to me, but not without claiming, a bit indignantly, that they'd already put it on there.  I wasn't in the mood for an argument, so I didn't ask if they would so kindly show me even a fleck of olive or pimento.  I took my plastic condiment cup full of olive salad back to my table and ate my sandwich.  Since this was my fourth trip to the shop and my first complaint, I am willing to assume it was an aberration.  Prices are standard for the area.  The shop was clean and so were the restrooms.  There are plenty of napkins, straws, etc.  Soda is in bottles or cans; no fountain drinks here.  Parking's a pain in the neck, especially getting out,  I don't ding on that, but thought you might want to know.

You got the touch, you got the power, yeah!

4S ranch residents expect their donuts to be of the gourmet variety and they're willing to shell out 3 bucks each for the boasting privilidge. So it's a little surprising that a cheap place like this was allowed to lease a location here. That being said, for a "strip mall donut shop" these were excellent. Even their raised donuts tasted good. Service was also patient and friendly.

    Donut Profile  - Buttermilk Bar
A gilded brick of buttermilk dough with a heavy load of glaze on top. One of my favorites from any donut shop and Donut Touch did a good job with theirs. Not too crunchy, this made for easy eating and sharing.

    - They also sell bagels and croissants.
    - Closes at 3PM, there were still plenty of donuts left.

Honestly...I love the Donuts and the Breakfast Sandwiches. The bagels are the BOMB. They are light and airy and packed with flavor. My favorite is the Everything Bagel. They are made fresh.

The Donuts are airy too and not doughy.

I'm definitely a Donut Touch Fan!
